We aren't like many clans some of you might have played on in the past. We don't just Recruit people overnight. This can take a while. The best way to get noticed after posting a Recruitment thread is to Race a lot with BFM admin. Follow the rules and let people know you are wishing to be Recruited. Don't over do it. But the more you play the better your chance of getting noticed and given our voice chat password.
After getting the voice chat server password the process tends to move much faster. This gives you a chance to get to know us and for us to get to know you. I can tell you we have officers and other members who Race undercover a lot. If your someone wanting to be Recruited, you should act as you would even if BFM admin aren't in the server.
We will notice someone following the rules and nicely asking others to follow the rules. I'm not saying admin the servers. I'm just saying be yourself and don't give in to the others that might be out of control. But if you truly want to be in BFM just Race with us a lot.
All potential Recruits will be considered for our voice chat password automatically after one month, but may get it sooner if deemed appropriate by our senior officers. But please understand we wont give it out as said before without you Racing a lot on our servers. We look for the best people. We don't care if you're a good Racer or not. We have the best Trainers and they can help even the worst of players. So skill isn't important. Following the rules and respecting the rules and other GUESTS is most important!!!
Good luck to everyone who post to be Recruited. If you feel you're being overlooked please feel free to let an officer that is in the server with you know while you're Racing. Just say "Hey I have asked to be Recruited and I just would like you to watch me Race whenever you have time". The officer will take note of this and will watch you when they can. It's best to ask the officer that you Race with the most. Since they see you the most they will be the one to request you get the voice chat access first. For a list of our officers (Lieutenants and higher) please check the current roster. Good luck to everyone. I feel we have Recruited some of the best people who Race. I really hope you're the next person we ask to join!!!!

Tips for getting Recruited.
We get a lot of gamers wanting to be Recruited stating that they are very good and usually score in the top portion of Races. Although winning is good and helps get you noticed, it will not get you noticed as much as being courteous in our servers to all (that means members AND guests). It will not get you noticed any more than being a team member. We look for Racers who will stop to pick up a team mate even if it cost them first place but still helps their team to win. We look for players would rather get in a hog and Race first, rather than get in a nade fest or a pistol fight. We look for most laps not most kills. We will not Recruit players who like to put down other players with derogative comments or players who argue with other guests because they killed them. We frown on players who like to say they pwnd someone or who constantly accuse others of various offenses. Let the administrators take care of the rule breakers. It is OK to point something out to the admin, but let them take it from there and don't get involved with arguing or name calling of the other Racers. We look for Racers who typically only have good things to say in the servers like, "good driving", "nice shot", and "good game". In BFM we are not looking for great Racers, we are looking for great people. They are the ones to stand out for Recruitment. Follow these guidelines and it will greatly improve your chances to become a BFM member.

Voice Chat Software Information.
Welcome, if you are a younger guest whose parents may have concerns about allowing you to use our voice chat program, perhaps you could ask your parents to listen in on our conversations (you don't even have to be playing Halo to do this). They can listen in anytime they like, even when you are not around, just to get a feel for how we keep our voice communications clean. Somewhere far below in these Recruitment Request threads are similar situations from some of our very young players (some of whom became BFM after their parents listened in to our voice chat conversations). We run chat the same as we run our servers, and do not permit vulgarity/profanity/intolerance and general misbehavior there either. It is easily more enforceable on chat because it is the spoken words. We have a LOT of very young members and many of our older members are parents themselves, this is why both our servers AND our chat server are family-oriented. Have them email our leader, Elvis at coach_3765@yahoo.com with EVERY QUESTION about our voice chat and our family-oriented Halo clan's policies. Trust us, protection of our underaged members is a pretty high priority.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and good luck!
~ No camping or sniping on Race servers
~ Respect the admins & all players
~ No profanity
~ No team nading/rocketing
Most of the rules are pretty easy to follow, but camping can have different meanings to different people. So here is the rule about camping:
Camping is defined as sitting and waiting in a hog, on foot, etc. for the intent of killing another player. If your life isnt in danger on a Race map you should be driving. If you have to stop to shoot to save your life this isnt considered camping.
