minimizing ping

         Ive watched my ping go up and down. I bring up task manager with anything useing bandwidth off and I see nothing. Its capapble of 10mgps and I've got highspeed wireless.
I went in a BFM room with one player showing a 94 at the beggining and still had serious lag.
yet I get in a room with 12 players some showing a ping of 200 and theres no lag. Could some one please explain this to me and how to reduce the lag on my end?
