CE sever?

as i just looked to see if any body was in BFMraceCE sever i noticed it was set up as a scrim sever and there was no other one. is this permenent and will one be open to other racers such as me

No it is not permanent.  Tonight there is a special event going on.  It is rare but on occasion we do scrims in the CE server and must lock it down.  It will be back to normal when we are done tonight.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
