This is more suggestions than a question, but wasn't sure the best place to post...
I played the new rocket race server yesterday and it was pretty fun. One challenge, however, is that the spawn time on the vehicles is really long compared to regular race servers. This means more masterchiefs walking around with rocket launchers slaying more than racing. I'd suggest making the vehicle respawn the same or even shorter than the other servers. Also on this server, teammates can't betray, but they can knock down your shields by shooting at you -- I'd make that the same as the other servers, too.
