i remembered earlier today that over summer my brother kept complaining about his laptop having 100% usage, just like i am having it now. he fixed it somehow, guess i gotta call up my brother, hopefully what he did for his will help me with mine.

at this point i think this thread should be locked. so if someone with that power is reading this pls lock this thread. i have gotten a lot of great info from you guys and I thank you all. if u have any suggestions feel free to PM me.

i have found out that this is not a Halo/PC problem but is actually a networking problem (thnx to Mxy)

nope still haven't been able to fix it but i have a few thingw im gonna try when i get a free moment.
